Hi! My Name is Ms. Rachael Leach! I will be the School Counselor at Warren Central Elementary.  This is my second year working at MSD of Warren County and I am excited to get to work with the students and staff again.  I live in Crawfordsville and have two daughters.  Mallory is 13 years old and is a 8th grader at South Montgomery.  My youngest,  Macy, is 9 years old and attends 3rd grade at Hoover Elementary in Crawfordsville.

Childhood:

I grew up in Worthington, Indiana, which is in the southern part of Indiana.   My parents own and operate an Insurance and Real Estate business and have for over 30 years.  I have an older sister and a younger brother.  Growing up we were involved in our community and local fire department.  My dad and brother are still firefighters today!

Education:

In 2004, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Youth, Adult, and Family Services from Purdue University.  I was employed in the social work field for 9 years before starting work in an elementary school.  I was the library assistant and an instructional assistant at Hoover Elementary in Crawfordsville for 3 years.  I decided to return to Purdue University to obtain my Master’s Degree in School Counseling.  I graduated in May of 2018.   GO BOILERS! 

I will be going back to school this Fall at Butler University to obtain my License in Mental Health Counseling
